Biting Midge and Mosquito Barrier is a commercial solution that is being used by professionals for years. It is an easy-to-use insecticide that can kill pests that come in contact with it. This residual type of insecticide is longer-lasting and thus it kills pests more effectively. It gives up to 6 weeks of protection against mosquitoes.

Even though it is a fast-acting formula, it is safer to use around humans and pets and also it can be used on ornamental plants.

Active ingredient:

Bifenthrin Insecticide 100g/L

Professional Spray Tips:

Warning: All protective equipment (PPE) listed on the label should be worn and complied with. You must read all the instructions written on the label before you mix and use this concentration.

Before applying:

• DO NOT mix stronger than the label rate.
• DO NOT spray in windy conditions.
• DO NOT treat the plants if rain is predicted within 24 hours.

While applying:

• Always follow the directions on the bottle.
• Always wear PPE.
• Avoid spraying open flowers.
• When applying the treatment, make sure you are covering both sides of the leaves.
• You can also use the mix to treat around building exteriors such as eaves, walls, fences, also garages, sheds, gazebos, under furniture and any other harbourage areas you can find.

After applying:

• DO NOT water or cut back any vegetation within 1 week of the application.
• Cutting or a heavy watering can not guarantee the longevity of protection.
• You can always water the base of the plant if water is needed.
