The Pestrol Dominator is an outdoor mosquito trap. Â It uses light, heat and colour to attract the mosquitoes towards it, it is the safest and most effective answer to all of your mosquito concerns.
One Unit will cover approximately a full acre, which is double the coverage area of the Pestrol Exterminator.

Placement of the unit:
It is recommended that the unit is placed in a shady area, close to bushes or wetland areas (if applicable). Â Because most Mozzies avoid sunlight and wind, shady areas will generally give the best results. Â Some experimentation may be required.
For best results please follow the following guidelines.
1: Place the Dominator between Mosquitos and humans.
2: Place the Dominator  as far away from humans as possible. (This is to attract them towards the trap as opposed to yourself).
3: If possible place the unit upwind.
4: Place the Dominated in a shady space (Mosquitos avoid direct sunlight).
5: Place the Dominator in an area that is as sheltered as possible from severe weather conditions. (If possible, store the unit somewhere safe).
The globes have a lifespan of about 5,000 hours, these need to be replaced approximately every 12 months to maintain optimal UV effectiveness.
